Ingredients
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1/4 cup honey
3 Tablespoons melted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
Using electric mixer, beat together milk, eggs, honey and butter. In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir milk mixture into dry ingredients; mix until well blended. Pour into greased muffin tins or popover pans, filling 1/2 full. Bake at 450°F for 5 minutes. Reduce oven to 350°F; bake 25 minutes, until puffed and browned. Remove from oven; serve immediately.
